OCM Lead PIM Transformation
Connvertex Technologies Inc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting large-scale technology implementations and business transformations.
- Product Information Management (PIM) is the top priority, with Master Data Management (MDM) as the next best fit.
- Related experience with ERP, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Product Data Management is also valuable.
- Experience creating repeatable change management processes, driving stakeholder adoption, and leading organizational readiness efforts.
- Proven history developing and delivering training materials, user guides, communications, and adoption plans.
- Ability to work with Director-level stakeholders, facilitate discussions across business teams, and influence outcomes.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
- PIM or MDM Experience (Highly needed)
- Built Change Programs from the Ground Up
- Training, Communications & Adoption Strategy
- Executive Stakeholder Management
- Retail, eCommerce, merchandising, or consumer products experience.
- UAT and user readiness support.
- Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management methodology.
- Experience with system integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys, etc.).
- Multi-brand organization experience.
