Quality Manager

We\'re seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality operations, food safety programs, and laboratory teams within a highly regulated food manufacturing environment. This leader will oversee a team of 2 supervisors, 4 team leads, and approximately 40 laboratory professionals while driving a strong culture of quality, food safety, employee development, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead site quality and food safety programs Manage laboratory operations and quality systems Prepare for and support SQF, customer, and regulatory audits Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements Partner with operations to resolve quality issues and improve processes Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions Develop and mentor quality, laboratory, and supervisory personnel Promote a culture of accountability, communication, and employee engagement What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field Food manufacturing experience required Experience leading quality teams in a regulated manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety programs SQF experience, if you had audit experience that is a plus Laboratory management experience Knowledge of microbiology and analytical testing methods Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Backgrounds Experience from food, beverage, ingredient, nutrition, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or FDA-regulated manufacturing environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
