What You'll Do

As our Residential Electrical Service Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department while helping both our employees and our business continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor residential service technicians

• Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members

• Manage daily scheduling and technician productivity

• Monitor KPIs, revenue, and department performance

• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally

• Lead weekly team meetings and technical development sessions

• Manage inventory, fleet, and departmental budgets

• Ensure safety standards and company processes are consistently followed

• Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of experience in residential electrical service

• Previous experience leading service technicians or field operations

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software

• Valid driver's license
