We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will support daily payroll operations and help ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for union and non-union employees. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional who manages competing priorities effectively and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Process weekly union and non-union payroll using CMiC.
- Collect timesheets and all necessary paperwork to process timely payroll.
- Review and verify timesheets with employees and management personnel.
- Gather and compile data for union reports as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
- Process garnishments and new hire paperwork including I-9s, W-4s, etc.
- Assist employees with payroll related questions and solve discrepancies when needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
- Experience with construction industry payroll processing a plus. Union and non-union experieince is preferred, not required.
- Knowledge of CMiC preferred but not required.
- Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office. Able to learn new programs quickly.
