We are seeking a reliable On-Call Night Shift Technician for our Colorado location. This role is designed for individuals who desire a flexible schedule and are available to respond to service needs on an as‑needed basis. You will be the primary line of defense in fire prevention, ensuring commercial kitchens remain safe and compliant. Responsibilities And Essential Duties Cleaning and Maintenance Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and fans. Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment. Maintaining vehicle organization and ensuring specialized tools are job‑ready. Ensuring the facility is meticulously cleaned before departure. Inspections And Documentation Conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑inspections of facilities. Capture high‑quality photographic documentation of all systems serviced. Strictly adhere to administrative and reporting procedures via mobile apps or logs. Operational Excellence Perform tasks independently and maintain high standards without direct supervision. Open and secure customer facilities with the utmost integrity. Operate large service vehicles safely. Physical Requirements Mobility: Ability to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments. Strength: Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs. for a minimum of 100 feet.
