The working position is On Site. The primary work location(s) will be at205 W 14th St, Austin, TX 78701 US Citizen and Green Card Holder Only Looking for Local to Texas profiles Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas. Total EXP:10+ years Only US Citizen and Green Card Holder Certifications Required :CompTIA A+, ITF+, or equivalent State client experienced profiles preferred Job Description: Provides front-line technical support by responding to calls and emails professionally and promptly. Collects and analyzes customer issues to determine the best resolution. Offers basic troubleshooting such as password resets, printer setup, break/fix guidance, website content updates, account creation, and hardware configuration during onboarding. Supports conference room A/V equipment and handles documented advanced configuration tasks. Ensures all support interactions are accurately logged, escalates issues when needed, and reports recurring trends to management.
