Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement Salary: $98,536 - $123,170 plus annual target bonus If you enjoy our products, you’ll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and develop business opportunities, including potential partnerships, service expansions, and strategic initiatives, through feasibility assessments, business case development, cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and implementation planningAnalyze, document, and optimize current business processes while collaborating with stakeholders to define future-state requirements and scalable operating modelsLeverage data and insights to design and implement process improvements, tools, and execution frameworks that drive operational efficiency, volume growth, stronger customer partnerships, and operational excellenceTranslate organizational priorities into actionable strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps, and communicate findings to senior leadership to support informed decision-makingLead cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation and adoption by defining project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, success metrics, and governance routinesDrive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, accountability, and process compliance throughout project lifecycles to ensure successful execution and sustainable resultsTravel up to 25%, at least three days per month in the trade/fieldOther duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:  Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experienceBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
