What You’ll Be Doing Prepping and painting commercial and industrial surfaces Pressure washing and surface cleaning before coatings Using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment like a pro Working from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts Keeping jobsites clean, safe, and organized Working as part of a crew that actually has your back What We’re Looking For Painting experience (commercial/construction preferred) Strong attention to detail — clean work matters here Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and at heights Reliable, safety‑minded, and team‑oriented Willing to travel for projects (some overnight travel required) Why HCC?
