We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team. Responsible for managing project tasks, schedules, and deliverables under the guidance of Enterprise Portfolio Value Managers. Applies basic project management principles to support planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates cross-functional activities, tracks progress, and assists in resolving project issues. Contributes to documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute cross-functional projects that align with business goals and operational prioritiesDevelop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to support successful deliveryCoordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectivesApply project management tools and templates to support consistent execution and reportingIdentify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to senior project leadersCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to support timely and integrated project deliveryPrepare project documentation, dashboards, and updates for stakeholder communicationEnsure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and governance standardsParticipate in issue resolution and support project change management activitiesProvide guidance to junior team members and contribute to project knowledge sharingSupport the adoption of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practicesCollaborate with enabling functions to support business readiness and operational alignmentParticipate in initiative planning and contribute to project coordination effortsRepresent the project management function in team-level planning and delivery discussionsMay perform other duties as assignedQualifications5 years of relevant project management experience, supporting business projects or workstreams.Proficient in managing project schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communications with increasing autonomyKnowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management practices across business functionsExperience with coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and resolving day-to-day project issuesAdvanced knowledge of project documentation, reporting, and change management processesExperience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent) to support project execution and visibilityWorking knowledge of stakeholder engagement, issue escalation, and project governance practicesBasic skill in identifying project risks and contributing to mitigation planning and continuous improvementBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experienceDesired QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experienceProfessional Certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or Lean/Agile certification)Experience managing vendors or third-party contributors a plus.Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) preferred.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
