Cost Administrator

Our Cost Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate new cost entry and existing cost updates through management of daily activity of the group email box.

Accurately create and maintain cost records in the legacy systems. Comply with daily performance metrics in managing inbound cost activity. Support efforts to onboard new category strategies. Maintain documentation to support cost entries and updates. Organize and retain documentation to support both internal and external audits. Identify and communicate potential business critical cost issues to Cost Specialist, Inventory Management, Sourcing, and Category Management and assist in implementing resolution. Respond professionally and comprehensively to field requests and inquires. Assist Cost Specialist in larger projects and supplier/market change updates. Provide additional training, education, and documentation for all functional areas as needed.

Strong analytical skills, i.e. problem identification, research, and resolution preferred. High comfort level in learning and understanding new software programs.

1-3 years of related job experience. Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment. Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
