Renewyx have partnered with a growing multifamily developer to bring on a Multifamily Construction Project Manager in San Diego. This team builds ground up, podium style residential communities across Southern California, and they need a leader who can own a project from foundation to final walkthrough. Run the job site day to day. Own the budget, drive the schedule, and keep every trade moving in the same direction. You'll be the person subs, owners, and inspectors all come to when they need a decision. Ground up multifamily construction experience A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field Strong leadership skills, comfortable running a site team Familiarity with construction scheduling and budgeting software Experience managing multiple concurrent buildings or phases $130K to $180K base salary Permanent, full time Growth path with a builder actively expanding its multifamily pipeline You don't need to tick every box.
