Red Robin Kuber Oregon LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in Portland, OR! Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts
• Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff including cooks and prep team members
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold brand standards
• Control food costs through proper inventory management, ordering, and waste reduction
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
• Collaborate with front-of-house management to coordinate seamless service
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs and labor targets

Requirements:

• 2+ years of kitchen management or culinary leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a kitchen team
• Experience with inventory control, food costing, and ordering
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
