Join Our Esteemed Primary Care Practice
Become a part of a well-respected and established independent primary care practice in the region, recognized for providing high-quality, relationship-focused care to families across generations. With strong community ties, a dedicated patient base, and a supportive clinical team, this role offers a chance to join a stable and efficiently managed practice where you can make a significant impact from your first day. Following the retirement of a long-serving physician and another's relocation due to family obligations, we are in search of a mission-driven physician who prioritizes continuity, compassion, and excellence in care.
Position Highlights:- Outpatient-only primary care setting
- Four-day workweek (with the possibility of a three-day schedule)
- Manage a patient load of 16 per day (never exceeding 18)
- Collaborate with a collegial team of experienced clinicians, including two Nurse Practitioners (one with eight years of experience)
- Open to candidates from Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics backgrounds
- Part of an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) that prioritizes quality over quantity
- Utilize AthenaOne Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Onsite mental health provider available
