What you will do:

• Handle telephone and email correspondence in a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Support various supply chain functions by managing shipping and receiving documentation and coordinating deliveries.
• Collaborate with management to maintain and create department procedures.
• Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day.

What you will bring:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Administrative experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions.
• Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.
• Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• The ability to sit for extended periods while using phones and computers.
• The ability to walk between work area and warehouse throughout the day.
• This job is performed primarily in a general office and distribution warehouse environment.

Salary Range: $21-$23/hr. Location: Cranbury, NJ Work Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm start
