Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Demonstrated competency in evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and use of clinical reasoning. Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry. Ability to follow physician orders and work within insurance approvals as necessary. Commitment to professional development and adherence to state Practice Act and continuing education requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in outpatient clinics with diverse caseloads. Experience participating in student education and supervision. Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and quality improvement processes. Assignment Details Shift pattern: 5x8. Work days: Monday through Friday.
