Position Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Outreach Representative to support implementation of a Large Commercial Energy Efficiency Program for a major utility client. In this role, you will lead outreach strategy and customer engagement efforts designed to increase awareness of program offerings, recruit qualified participants, and drive participation among large commercial customers.

The Senior Outreach Representative will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with customers, trade allies, contractors, distributors, industry organizations, and other market stakeholders. This position will support participation in program offerings through direct outreach, market engagement, educational events, lead generation, and ongoing relationship management.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position, with in-office and remote flexibility. Employees are required to be in the office at least three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
