ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I've been a State Farm agent for 20 years, with an additional 13 years of prior experience in claims operations and management. We opened our second office in 2016 and have grown into a strong team of around 20 across both locations. Many of our team members have been with us for over a decade, which speaks to the supportive and stable environment we've built. I was born in Texas and later spent time in Arizona and Nevada before returning to Texas, where I graduated from the University of North Texas. I'm a proud husband and parent of two adult children, and I enjoy traveling, off-roading with friends, and spending time with our two Corgis. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Chad Haynes - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
