Front Desk Agent

Hilton Mystic is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in Mystic, CT. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every visitor. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, this role is a perfect fit. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests. Process payments and maintain accurate financial transactions. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room availability and readiness. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism under pressure. Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation software are a plus. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Benefits Competitive pay of $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
