As a key member of the team, you’ll collaborate with senior-level Digital Technology leaders to drive the talent agenda, build organizational capability and manage large change and org initiatives to ensure we have high-performing teams with your assigned customer group(s) within the Digital Technology function. The DT organization is driving meaningful change by connecting people, systems, data, and processes in smarter, faster ways. The HRBP role is pivotal in shaping our organization’s success and requires partnership across the DT function and with other HR Partners and COEs. Your ability to execute projects, exercise sound judgment, and work collaboratively will be critical in this role.   What You Will Do: Drive the talent agenda Provide guidance & support to leaders in aligning & executing people strategies with business objectives Integrate RTX values into business & people processes to build & sustain a culture that develops talent & fosters employee engagement Lead change and initiatives Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop & execute projects across the organization that support organizational effectiveness, employee experience & successful adoption of change initiatives Support managers in analyzing team structures & role responsibilities to ensure alignment with business objectives Provide recommendations on reporting lines, spans of control & job leveling for smaller organizational changes Collaborate with stakeholders to implement workforce planning initiatives & talent mobility programs Build organizational capability Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business environment to proactively address challenges & opportunities Operationalize strategies to meet current and future workforce needs in alignment with organizational priorities Offer insights & actionable recommendations to enhance leadership capabilities & team performance Enable high-performing teams Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for business leadership & employees Provide HR counsel & expertise to optimize business process and performance Support leaders in building effective teams by facilitating team dynamics workshops, conflict resolution & collaboration practices Serve as a partner Focusing on brokering solutions to business problems. Collaborate and partner with Collins/RTX COEs and central functions for best-in-class solutions, and leverage best practice Ability to coach and influence. You will provide coaching, mentorship & facilitation to cultivate high-performing teams, capable of navigating challenges & change. Ability to influence & guide decision making within the function Business acumen and understanding of the HR strategic partnership in driving business results Lead, support and collaborate RTX, Collins, and Digital Technologies strategic projects related to a variety of DT priorities which may encompass technology implementation, functional re-organizations, M&A, divestitures, etc.   Support standard US working hours and be able to flex on occasion to support the needs of a globally dispersed footprint Collaborate Across the function including leadership, HR team, Culture and Technical Development Leader and group of thought partners across the broader HR organization to complete tasks and leverage best practice Travel Travel up to 25%, primarily domestically Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
