The Lakes Home Care is hiring for an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in various settings such as outpatient patient homes to help individuals improve their daily living and working skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and goals

• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' abilities to perform daily activities

• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance patients' motor skills and coordination

• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required skills:

• Outpatient experience

• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology

• Familiarity with medical terminology

• Expertise in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Proficiency in patient care

• Experience in occupational health

• Clinic settings

• Home health services
