Quality TechnicianDay Shift | Long-Term Opportunity | Offers BenefitsThe Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet established quality standards through testing, inspection, and data collection. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development, and Operations to identify issues, drive compliance, and support continuous improvement efforts.ResponsibilitiesConduct sampling, testing, and inspections of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.Perform physical measurements using precision testing and inspection equipment.Verify product quality through visual inspections and compliance checks.Investigate, document, and communicate quality concerns and non-conforming products.Conduct raw material testing and product retesting as needed.Troubleshoot quality-related equipment and testing issues.Maintain accurate quality records, test results, and calibration documentation.Perform equipment calibrations and support gauge management programs.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience in inspection, quality check, quality control, and quality assurance.High School Diploma required.2+ years of manufacturing and/or quality experience in an industrial environment.Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The role is within a production, manufacturing environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
