Patients per day: 20-25 ·
Practice Setting: Clinic ·
Scope: Urgent Care ·
State Licensure: California state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certified. ·
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 week
