What You’ll Be Doing

As our Director of Nursing , you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical team—guiding, mentoring, and elevating care every single day.

• Lead and support a team of dedicated caregivers & nurses

• Oversee resident care plans with a focus on dignity and quality of life

• Partner with leadership to create a positive, high-energy culture

• Ensure compliance (without losing your sanity—or your smile)

• Jump in when needed—we’re all about teamwork here

• Celebrate wins, big and small (yes, cake is encouraged)

️‍ What You Bring

• RN/LPN license (required)

• Leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care

• A calm, steady presence—even when things get a little hectic

• Strong communication skills (and the ability to say “let’s figure it out” instead of “no”)
