Join Lifeway Mobility as a Selling General Manager to launch, manage, and grow a local market in the Louisville area. Focus on B2C residential Durable Medical Equipment (DME) for patient mobility, safety, and independence in the home. Responsibilities Lead a sales-driven team to achieve 5-star customer experience reviews through consultative in-home sales appointments, timely installation of new equipment, and responsive service for maintenance and repairs. Achieve sales goals for number of appointments, conversion rate, and total revenue; ensure timely completion of estimates and contracts with a clear product solution and scope of work. With Shared Services support, develop relationships with community and patient referral sources, conduct in-services, and host events to promote in-home mobility products. Operations – review each sale and project to confirm quality standards of product, installation, and customer satisfaction; manage local vendors and subcontractors as needed; maintain accurate inventory; manage fleet maintenance; ensure timely service calls and accurate warranty, billing, and service completion. Leadership – mentor and develop the team, hire and train to achieve goals, scale and grow the local market, and ensure compliance with laws, regulatory agencies, and company policies. Required Industry Experience, Skills, and Travel Residential DME or Home Medical Equipment (HME) industry experience is required (B2C). Proven experience as a successful sales producer and manager. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills; strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. Financial acumen including budget understanding; excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Travel up to 10% as needed. Total Rewards Base salary plus incentive; total compensation of $110,000 - $120,000 annually.
