Florida Sales and Marketing Group (FSMG) is expanding in Miami and actively hiring B2B Sales Representatives to support our partnership with T-Mobile for Business .

This role is ideal for:

• Entry-level candidates looking to break into sales
• Career changers (hospitality, retail, customer service, fitness, real estate, etc.)
• Sales professionals ready for uncapped earning potential and advancement

No experience? No problem. We train the right people.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with local business owners to identify their connectivity needs
• Present and sell T-Mobile for Business solutions (5G Internet, wireless plans, mobility tools)
• Prospect new accounts through face-to-face outreach and referrals
• Build relationships and manage accounts long-term
• Learn professional sales, communication, and leadership skills
• Represent FSMG and T-Mobile with professionalism and integrity
