Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients using the nursing process
- Collect relevant health data, analyze for diagnoses and care issues, and develop an integration plan
- Implement the care plan, coordinate delivery, and collaborate with other disciplines to promote a safe and healing environment
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and therapies, and evaluate progress toward outcomes
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team; provide education and participate in discharge planning

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (state of assignment)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required per policy; AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS preferred
- EPIC electronic health record experience required
- Minimum two years of recent acute care/Med Surg experience
- BSN preferred; active ability to work in a hospital/acute care setting
