Your responsibilities include utilizing our proprietary platform alongside your existing network to locate and attract prospective healthcare candidates, communicating with potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess interest, coordinating meetings between candidates and our recruitment team for comprehensive evaluations, following up with prospects to maintain engagement and assist throughout the hiring process, keeping detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commission by scheduling meetings, facilitating interviews, and contributing to successful hires from your outreach.

Your path to success includes excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive, self-driven attitude, an enthusiasm for outreach and the desire to support others in advancing their careers, and no prior recruiting experience necessary if you possess organization and resourcefulness, we can help you learn the rest.

This is a performance-based, commission-focused opportunity that offers limitless potential for income and boundless avenues for achievement. Your compensation is based on the real value you create: commission for every qualified meeting you secure, additional earnings when interviews arise from your outreach, multiples on commission for net-new clients, bonus commission for successful placements resulting from your leads, and extra earning opportunities based on performance (e.g. retention bonuses).
