\n Crafted Highlights:    \n
\n This position is responsible for covering open Sales routes in a Sales Rep’s absence. While covering a route, the Route Relief is responsible for increasing distribution of brands sold through CDC and maintaining customer relationships while adhering to all CDC policies as well as state and federal laws.\n
\n
\n What You’ll Deliver:\n

\n 1. Relationship Management (60%)\n

\n
• Responsible for maintaining communications after daily work hours to meet customer service need
\n
• Establish and maintain professional customer relationships
\n
• Identify and resolve customer concerns
\n

\n 2. Sales Support (20%)\n

\n
• Executes sales and distribution objectives by following the 10 steps to a sales call
\n
• Maintain sales/ pitch book and current product knowledge
\n
• Executes the 5 ONP standards (Distribution, Price, Promotions, POS, and Quality) on a daily and consistent basis
\n

\n 3. Compliance (10%)\n

\n
• Understands and complies with all federal, state and local regulations, CDC and MolsonCoors policies
\n
• Adheres to all CDC safety policies, procedures, and training
\n
• Responsible for following all operation and accounting procedures, including collection of payment in assigned accounts
\n

\n 4. Quality Assurance (10%)\n

\n
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all Quality Assurance guidelines and quality policies of Molson Coors and CDC
\n
• Assist with rotation at accounts
\n
• Other duties as assigned

\n Key Ingredients:\n

\n
• High School Diploma or GED required
\n
• Prior sales experience within the consumer product industry preferred
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Effective problem-solving skills with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Valid Colorado Driver’s license required; MVR must fall within the Molson Coors Pre-Employment Background Screening Guidelines
\n

\n Working conditions:\n

\n
• May require a nontraditional work week (Saturdays, Sundays, after normal business hours, etc.)
\n
• Position requires face to face contact with customers in the market
\n
• Position requires ability to work in cold environment
\n

\n Physical requirements:\n

\n Must be able to pass a physical abilities test prior to hire/transfer as position requires frequent lifting of up 35 pounds in tight and awkward conditions\n
\n  \n
