Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and performance accountability for site Controls Engineering organization and budget
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineering teams through goal-setting, succession planning, and technical cross-training
- Drive improvements in OEE, equipment performance, process reliability, and manufacturing efficiency across facilities
- Direct capital projects, automation upgrades, and process optimization initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Establish standardized engineering practices, controls architectures, and cybersecurity protocols across multiple plants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years controls, automation, manufacturing, or engineering experience
- Minimum 4 years technical management and leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading capital projects and controls system upgrades in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial networks, robotics, and data analytics
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-site engineering initiatives
Compensation: $152,000 - $209,000 base annually
