Role Description The Hospitality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations and ensuring a high standard of guest experience. This role manages floor activity across dining and gaming areas, supports reservation and event execution, and coordinates with the culinary and bar teams to maintain service standards. The Hospitality Manager leads, coaches, and schedules team members, supports training initiatives, and helps maintain a positive, engaged workplace. Additional responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries and feedback, monitoring cleanliness and safety, assisting with service during peak periods, and collaborating with leadership on promotions and special events. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and event clients. Hands-on experience in Hospitality and Food & Beverage operations, including managing busy, high-energy venues. Ability to provide Training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members in a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership, team management, and conflict resolution abilities. Experience in event coordination or large-group service is highly beneficial. Comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the entertainment and hospitality industry. Prior supervisory or management experience in restaurants, entertainment centers, or hotels preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business management is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
