Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) About the Role: As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home facility. You will manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nursing staff, therapists, and other support services. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain high standards of care and quality, and foster a positive, respectful environment for our residents and staff. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home facility, including coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care and quality Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nursing staff, therapists, and other support services Coordinate with external agencies, including state and federal regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure effective communication and teamwork Ensure that all residents receive high-quality care and services, and that their needs are met in a timely and respectful manner Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (we will consider candidates with less experience who are eager to learn and grow) Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare Why Join Us: We believe that every patient deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
