Senior Associate Attorney - Construction & Commercial Litigation

A growing litigation practice is seeking an experienced associate attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join its team. This is an opportunity for a strong litigator who wants sophisticated construction and commercial litigation work , meaningful case ownership, a clear path to partnership , and a manageable 1,850-hour billable requirement . About the Role: The attorney will: Independently manage complex litigation matters from start to finish Handle matters directly for two partners and take meaningful ownership of assigned cases Develop case strategy and conduct legal analysis Draft discovery, motions, pleadings and other litigation documents requiring minimal partner revision Handle matters involving contractors, owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers and equipment rental companies Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel and other stakeholders Immediately assume responsibility for existing partner caseloads Become a trusted extension of the partners while helping reduce their workload Work efficiently and independently in a collaborative litigation practice Practice Areas: The practice primarily focuses on: Commercial litigation Construction litigation experience is strongly preferred.
