Growing together.Position Highlights:The Primary Care Provider - Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) functions as an independent primary care provider responsible for the comprehensive, longitudinal clinical and administrative coordination of care for an assigned panel of patients. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
