Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications and will likely not exceed mid-point of range to allow for development and future increases.

What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Member Experiences

• Welcome members with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
• Create positive first impressions and build lasting relationships based on trust.
• Provide personalized service and solutions that support members' financial goals.

Process Financial Transactions

• Accurately and efficiently process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a high level of attention to detail.

Be a Financial Resource

• Answer member questions regarding accounts, products, and services.
• Identify opportunities to introduce products and services that improve members' financial well-being.
• Proactively connect with existing members by phone or email to share valuable benefits and solutions.

Maintain Operational Excellence

• Balance cash drawers and handle cash transactions with accuracy and accountability.
• Support branch operations and contribute to overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay informed on products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training and development.

Ensure Compliance and Security

• Follow all applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Complete all required compliance and security training.
• Protect member confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, electronically, and in writing.
• Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.
