The Job at a Glance

As the Outbound Supervisor (Internally known as Captain, OEM Parts Wranglers) you will supervise a team of Warehouse Rockstars, drive safety initiatives, work to maximize productivity and quality within your team, and assure that all of our customer orders are fulfilled each day. You will also assure that the Distribution Center is well organized, clean and efficient to support daily operations.

A Typical Day

• Be involved in supporting our Team Members including job shadowing, attendance tracking, performance documentation and new Associate hiring and training.
• Manage the operation; communicate staffing plans to meet daily objectives, troubleshoot and resolve operational problems and assure all customer orders are prioritized and shipped on time.
• Manage project and process improvements and elevate the performance of direct reports through identifying project work
• Plan and execute a daily housekeeping plan to assure cleanliness of the work areas

• You're an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)

About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $62,320.50- $76,169.50 annually ($29.96 - $36.61 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
