Job Description
Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Colorado Department of Education Certificate required
- SLP-CCC preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with IEP processes, assessments, and service delivery
- Experience or coursework in supporting English Language Learners (ELL) or an ESL/Linguistically Diverse Education (LDE) endorsement is highly valued
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy for an intensive preschool caseload within an elementary school environment
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
- Monitor student progress, documenting and reporting on measureable outcomes
- Collaborate with other school professionals and families to ensure all learners receive exceptional support
- May assist with supervision and mentorship of SLPAs, contributing to a collaborative workplace culture
