The LPC will support clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy while maintaining accurate documentation and professional standards of care.ResponsibilitiesDeliver virtual counseling sessions to assigned clientsEvaluate client needs and identify treatment prioritiesDevelop and update individualized care plansApply evidence-based counseling techniquesDocument session notes and treatment progressCollaborate with internal clinical teams when needed
