Coverage Needed: Full-time preferred
Alternate Schedule Considered: Week-on/week-off

Schedule

4 x 10-hour shifts
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
OR and inpatient responsibilities
Weeknight Call: 1:4 (4:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Weekend Call: Approximately 1:5
Call Type: Beeper
Required Response Time: Within 20 minutes

Active Montana License or
Compact License Accepted

Board Certification

Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required

Required Certifications

BLS
ACLS

Practice Highlights

Assist Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons in the Operating Room
Inpatient rounding responsibilities
Assigned rounding patients
Trauma Level I facility
Cerner EMR

Patient Volume

Approximately 8 patients per shift
30-bed department

Ideal Candidate

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Cardiovascular Surgery experience
Comfortable first assisting in Cardiothoracic and Vascular procedures
Experience managing inpatient cardiovascular surgery patients
