Route Operations Supervisor

Build and maintain partnerships with grocery store managers to sell the best brands in the bakery industry. Support the execution of the DSDE best practices by training/onboarding and developing Route Sales Professionals and Independent Business Partners. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred. High School diploma required. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted. Must be 21 years of age or older. 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales. At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted). Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required. Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card. Consistent with United States Department of Transportation regulations, the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
