Staff Technical Program Manager, Stamping

What To Expect As a key member of the Global Manufacturing Engineering Team, the Staff Technical Program Manager position involves leading end-to-end program execution for stamping from concept through production, driving cross‑functional coordination across engineering, supply chain, die vendors and manufacturing teams. Responsible for program planning, material and part readiness, and engineering change management while ensuring alignment on timelines, cost, and quality. Focuses on risk identification, stakeholder communication, and delivering programs on time in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
