In this role, you will provide essential assistance and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. - Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the client’s home.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Document care provided and any relevant observations accurately and timely.
- Previous experience in direct care or related field is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.
