LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE

Job Title

Package bulk and foreign shipments as instructed on the job jacket and process shipment through the company shipping system.

Location: Hanover, PA

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00AM-4:00PM | Full-Time | Competitive Pay

What You'll Do:

• Pack product as required for shipment
• Label cartons as specified by customer.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and enter transactions into workflow system in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of shipping software, postal meters and the shrink wrap machine.
• Follow all required safety procedures such as: PPE, Ergonomics, etc.
• Perform job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees.
• Assist with housekeeping in the Distribution area.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy
• Good reading comprehension skills
• Basic math and counting skills

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Previous Shipping experience

Physical & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand in place for long periods of time.
