Social Media & DTC Marketing Specialist

L2 Brands | Hanover, PA | Full-Time

We're looking for a Social Media & DTC Marketing Specialist to own our organic social presence, across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and turn that presence into real revenue for our direct to consumer business at L2Brands.com and our growing family of branded sites. You'll plan the content calendar, shoot and edit short form video, grow our communities, and connect every post back to traffic and sales. Our portfolio includes League, Legacy, Ouray, Locale, and Wild Tribute, brands, serving the golf, resort, corporate, collegiate, promotional, and ecommerce markets. We're a close knit team that takes pride in our brands and in each other, and we're growing our direct to consumer footprint alongside a rich, established wholesale business.

What You'll Do

• Own the social content calendar across every platform, keeping publishing consistent, on brand, and tied to product launches, promotions, and campaigns

• Plan, shoot, and edit high quality photo and short form video content, including Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, that gets people to stop scrolling and engage

• Grow and nurture our social communities, building followers, reach, and engagement while staying on top of comments and DMs

• Bring our brand story to life through original and user generated content

• Coordinate social content with brand collaboration partners, including takeovers and co-marketing features

• Track performance against social KPIs and report out using platform and analytics dashboards

• Connect social content directly to DTC sales across L2Brands.com and additional branded storefronts, including social commerce on platforms like Instagram and TikTok

• Partner with merchandising and art to turn new product launches into scroll stopping campaigns

• Pull together monthly and biweekly reports from social platforms, Google Analytics, and Shopify, and translate the data into next steps

Requirements:

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or social media role

• A portfolio showing hands on management of brand social accounts, with strong short form video work (graphic design skills are a bonus)

• Comfort shooting and editing your own content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or Canva

• An understanding of how social content drives traffic and sales for a DTC or ecommerce business; Shopify experience is a plus

• Experience across the major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• A solid grasp of social and web analytics

• A creative, ownership driven mindset and a genuine team player attitude
