What You'll Be Doing as an RN: Patient Care: Provide high-quality, individualized care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Skilled Nursing: Deliver essential nursing services, from medication administration to specialized treatments, for patients with diverse health needs. Collaborate: Work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes. Health Assessments: Conduct health screenings, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies as needed. Privacy Matters: Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. What We're Looking For: Education: Graduation from an accredited RN program. Licensure: Active, unrestricted Nevada RN license. Experience: At least one year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting. Certification: Current CPR, plus facility-required health screenings. Physical Requirements: Able to lift at least 30 lbs, walk long distances, and stand for extended periods.
