Senior Accounting Analyst

I'm hiring for my client, a private equity-backed manufacturing company experiencing significant growth and investing in its finance organization. This is a unique opportunity for an accounting professional who wants to start with core accounting responsibilities and grow into broader finance, forecasting, and strategic analysis over time.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll support
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow planning
• Monitor fixed assets, lease accounting, and treasury-related activities
• Partner with site leadership and corporate finance on financial performance initiatives
• Participate in inventory processes, audits, and internal controls activities
• Utilize ERP and reporting systems to drive financial insights and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong background in AR, account reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, and month-end close
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Desire to expand into FP&A, forecasting, and business analysis responsibilities
• Strong Excel and ERP system experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
• Public accounting or audit exposure
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, treasury, or fixed assets
• Multi-site or multi-entity manufacturing environment experience
