Overview Warehouse Loader Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation. Reporting Location: Jacksonville, FL Compensation: $20.00/ hour + 6% or 8% shift differential for applicable hours worked (paid weekly) Schedule: Monday - Friday(weekendsdependent on business needs) Start Time: 5pm until workload complete Benefits of working for Primo Brands: Health Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) Retirement/Investing: 401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment Other great benefits : Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FEDlogic, commuter benefits Responsibilities Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift Palletize products for loading Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc. Take care of our products through proper handling and storage Ensure inventory is properly maintained Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time) Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years) Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation Willing to work overtime as needed Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates Primo Brands' established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring and Pure Life, premium brands like Saratoga and Mountain Valley, regional leaders such as Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain Ozarka, and Zephyrhills, purified brands, Primo Water and Sparkletts, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash and AC+ION.
