Responsibilities

Build and maintain a book of business by connecting with local families and business owners.

Analyze current market trends to ensure your clients are always receiving the best possible value.

Act as a primary point of contact for resolving policy questions and complex claims issues.

Host community events and meetings to represent The Atlantic District and build lasting local partnerships.

Mentor junior staff to ensure the entire office maintains a high standard of accuracy and care.

Identify unique risks for clients and propose comprehensive solutions that offer genuine peace of mind.

Requirements

Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Five or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.

Strong knowledge of commercial and personal lines coverage.

Excellent ability to negotiate and explain complex policy details clearly.

Proficiency in using agency management systems and digital lead tracking tools.

Deep roots or a strong desire to serve the Manassas local community.
