MIG Welder – Build Something Solid with Us
Location: Lakeville, MN
Work Type: On-site
If you take pride in clean welds, enjoy working from blueprints, and want a steady schedule with great benefits, this could be a great fit. We’re looking for skilled MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team and help build high-quality components from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Available Shifts
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:15 PM – 2:30 AM
These schedules offer built-in days off and consistent hours.
What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with specifications
- Follow established welding procedures and adjust equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production and quality
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Safe and effective operation of welding equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
Preferred Qualifications
- Welding certification from a recognized technical program or accrediting body
- Experience welding aluminum and stainless steel
