Work authorization required .WHAT YOU’LL DOThe Restaurant Manager provides strategic leadership for all restaurant operations, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role leads and develops teams, fosters a culture of hospitality and accountability, and ensures the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability are consistently achieved. This role oversees daily outlet operations, while also supporting all other Fo od & Beverage venues for overall departmental success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead and develop Food & Beverage managers and team members through recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning ensuring alignment with company culture, service standards, and long-term business objectivesOversee financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor management, purchasing , inventory control, and revenue generation initiatives to maximize profitability and operational efficiencyPartner with Culinary and Beverage leadership to develop menus, special offerings, and b everage programs that enhance quality, innovation, presentation, and guest satisfactionMaintain a visible leadership presence within the operation, fostering guest relationships, recognizing team achievements, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring exceptional service experiencesEnsure compliance with co mpany policies and all health, safety, and regulatory requirementsPromote effective communication and collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent service excellenceA n d More !WHAT TO BRINGSuccessful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
