Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Days: Monday to Friday Weekend rotation

Contract Length: 52 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 0

Requirements:

• Valid nursing license
• Relevant certifications for rehabilitation care
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assist in the assessment and development of individual care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care processes and recovery plans.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• Orientation to facility policies and procedures is required.
